Lindsay started as a member of the Club in the late 1990s and liked it so much she started working here in 2002.  She manages the club on behalf of the members and Management Committee.

Brad Harris: Club Professional

Brad is the Head Professional and started with us on the 1st March 2020. Brad has been a qualified PGA Professional since 2015. He is relishing the role with us at Brighton and Hove and dividing his time between the Pro Shop, Lesson Tee and the Golf course.

Coaching is a real passion for Brad and he enjoys nothing more than seeing a student make improvements to their game. Never wanting to overcomplicate an already very difficult game. Brad will guide you along the way through your journey and not only looking at the golf swing but looking at the whole package to make huge improvements.

Brad loves to compete and has played golf globally in South Africa and across Europe. Competing on the PGA Euro Pro for 2 seasons and playing the PGA South region. With some success, he won the Keith MacDonald PGA South Match Play OOM in 2017 and won the Sussex OOM in the same year. Brad is still looking to compete and looks forward to a full playing schedule this season.

Jason Sarna: Course Manager

Jason is from rugged Minnesota and is our course magician and artist with over 30 years of experience across both the US and the UK.

Jason leads the Greens staff to sustainably maintain and continually improve the golf course to enhance your golfing experience.

Euan Tickner: Golf Operations Assistant

Euan joined the team in November 2025 after graduating from the University of Brighton where he studied Sports Journalism.

Golf Operations Assistant is a new role to the club, where Euan will be based out of the pro shop, but will be dividing his time towards helping all aspects of the club.

He is an enthusiastic and dedicated individual and is a brilliant asset to help keep breathing success into the golf club, hopefully both on the course and within the club itself.
